Presildo Bomben, son of Antonio and Emilia Nocent, came from a farming family with ten children. A specialized mechanic, he was enlisted as a driver and awarded the Silver Medal for Military Valor.
Captured after the armistice of 8 September 1943, he was interned in the Hindenburg labor camp. Following an accident, he was hospitalized in the camp infirmary, where he died on 30 March 1945.
