Luigi Quinto was born on 5 June 1907 in Cerignola (Foggia) and lived in Ronchi dei Legionari at Via dei Campi 21.
Arrested on 28 December 1943, he entered the Coroneo prison in Trieste on 4 January 1944, where he remained until 28 January 1944, when he was deported to Germany on transport no. 23. He arrived in Mauthausen on 1 February 1944 and was registered under prisoner number 50897; he was then transferred on 29 November 1944 to Gusen (a subcamp of Mauthausen) and finally, on 2 December 1944, to Auschwitz, where he was killed on 25 December 1944.
Luigi was a partisan of the Garibaldi Natisone Division, autonomous company, company commissar.
