Giuseppe Zanet was born on 30 May 1919 in Concordia Sagittaria (Venice) and lived at Via Matteotti 31.
He was arrested following a denunciation during the roundup of 24 May 1944 and taken to the Coroneo prison in Trieste. After interrogation, he was put on transport no. 48, which departed on 31 May 1944 and arrived in Dachau on 2 June 1944, where he was registered under prisoner number 69748 as a political deportee (red triangle; assigned to supply duties). On 20 July 1944 he was transferred to Natzweiler under number 23604; he returned to Dachau on 4 October 1944 and was killed on 15 February 1945.
